              The senior management team have been instrumental in the successes achieved in developing, implementing and supervising the service operations in the retail division of Y&M Maintenance & Cleaning Services Inc. Established Since 1997.

              Personnel

              Key to the success of maintenance or cleaning is the selection, training, evaluation/auditing, and collective training of personnel. The process starts with the selection of personnel that "fit" the Environment. We select personnel that can accommodate the unique hours of work (midnight shift), their ability to get to the store (transportation during non-prime hours and inclement weather), have the right attitude to perform the work and are conscientious in their performance. Upon award and discussion with services location facility management team, any existing associates that are presently servicing the location and providing service and communication to service location will be considered.
